Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is marked as delivered to request a return. Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Pre-order items are included in sale items.)
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the parcels have not opened (the packaging tape has not been torn and the parcel boxes have not opened in any way). You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that West Nail UK will not cover the shipping fee for returns. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If there are incorrect orders placed, refunds will not be issued.

Damages and issues
We check every product and record a packing video before sending it. However, if there are still damages that cause the products to not be used normally, West Nail UK will cover the shipping fee to return items and offer a refund. To avoid disputes, before opening the box, please take a photo of its condition. Also, please record a video when unboxing the parcels. Unfortunately, if customers are not able to provide video and/or photos, we will not accept refunds. Please note that refunds are only issued after receiving the products.
Exchanges
We only accept changes when orders have not been shipped. Please contact us immediately at westnail.uk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +44 7401 866547 if you want to make any changes. If you want to make changes after we ship, please do not open the parcels (the packaging tape has not been torn and the parcel boxes have not opened in any way) and contact us. Once your request is accepted, please return the parcels. West Nail UK will not cover the shipping fee. However, we will cover the shipping fee when we resend your order. Please note that we will only resend your order after we receive the parcel from you and finish a check to make sure that the parcel has not been opened yet. As the process of making order changes after shipping takes a long time and is complicated, West Nail UK highly recommends customers review their orders before they are placed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
